A Chevrolet confirmou antigos rumores ao anunciar que irá produzir a nova Chevrolet Colorado (a nossa nova S10) nos Estados Unidos. Ela irá investir US$ 380 milhões na fábrica de Wentzville, no Missouri, para produzir a picape. Mas isso acontecerá apenas a partir de 2014. Desta vez recebemos um lançamento primeiro!
Hoje responsável pela produção dos Chevrolet Express e GMC Savana, a fábrica de Wentzville tem 1.400 colaboradores. Para produzir a Colorado será construída uma nova unidade de 500 mil m² e mais 1.260 colaboradores serão contratados.
